At CliQPal, we prioritize the extreme security and absolute privacy of our merchants. This Privacy Policy details how data is handled regarding our software modules.

1. Non-Custodial Data Handling

Because CliQPal functions as a technical middleware layer, we act strictly as the software provider. We do not process, transmit, read, or store any end-customer financial data (e.g., account balances, personal IBAN details, or direct identities). All data transmission occurs directly between the Merchant's server and the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) / JoPACC authenticated endpoints.

2. Zero Tracking Architecture

The plugin contains no telemetry, analytics hooks, or third-party tracking scripts. We do not aggregate checkout volumes, customer behaviors, or store revenue metrics. The merchant fully owns their transactional data within their own closed environments.

3. Information Collected from Merchants

The only data we collect belongs strictly to the Merchant account purchasing the software license, typically for invoicing and setup verification purposes:

• Business contact information: Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Number
• Company details: Website Domain URL, Commercial Registration Name

4. Client Secrets & API Keys

It is strictly forbidden under our operating schema for merchants to send us their live `.pem` certificates, private API keys, or production Client Secrets. These credentials must only reside locally encrypted within your own server infrastructure. CliQPal employees will never request your production keys.
